We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, & American Express). Gratuity can not be left on credit cards.
GRATUITITES
it is customary to leave !5%-20% per service. Tips are always left at your discretion. Only cash tips are accepted.
APPOINTMENTS
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 4 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a single appointment 24 hour notice for multiple services or multiple appointments. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availabiity of our services for you as well as others
Late Policy
We will hold your appointment for 10 minutes provided we hear from you. If you go over being 10 minutes lte, the service will be adapted to time left.
